Highland Heights home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Highland Heights fell by $111,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 32.1% decrease over the $346,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Highland Heights in January 2019.
