Shaker Heights home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Shaker Heights rose by $24,475 while total sales decreased by 54.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 15.7% increase over the $155,525 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Shaker Heights in January 2019.
