Richmond Heights home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Richmond Heights rose by $30,125 while total sales decreased by 70%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,625 - a 30.9% increase over the $97,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Richmond Heights in January 2019.
