Mayfield Heights home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Mayfield Heights rose by $22,750 while total sales decreased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 18.6% increase over the $122,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in February 2019.
