East Cleveland home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in East Cleveland fell by $1,850 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $17,500 - a 9.6% decrease over the $19,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in East Cleveland in January 2019.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,748, approximately 10% of the median home sale price for January 2020.
