Cleveland Heights home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Cleveland Heights fell by $21,050 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,550 - a 22% decrease over the $95,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in January 2019.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,983, approximately 6.7% of the median home sale price for January 2020.
