Highland Heights home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Highland Heights fell by $9,950 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 4% decrease over the $249,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Highland Heights in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Highland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,138, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
