Richmond Heights home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Richmond Heights rose by $33,500 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,500 - a 27.9% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Richmond Heights in February 2019.
