Shaker Heights home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Shaker Heights rose by $31,450 while total sales decreased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,000 - a 18.8% increase over the $167,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Shaker Heights in February 2019.
