Cleveland Heights home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Cleveland Heights rose by $24,050 while total sales decreased by 44.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,550 - a 28.5% increase over the $84,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,983, approximately 4.6% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
