University Heights home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in University Heights fell by $9,200 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,250 - a 6% decrease over the $153,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in University Heights in February 2019.
