Euclid home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Euclid rose by $21,833 while total sales decreased by 55%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 41.1% increase over the $53,167 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 100 homes sold in Euclid in March 2019.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 3.8% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
