Shaker Heights home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Shaker Heights fell by $30,150 while total sales decreased by 8.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,100 - a 16.1% decrease over the $187,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Shaker Heights in March 2019.
