South Euclid home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in South Euclid rose by $13,500 while total sales decreased by 48.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $91,750 - a 17.3% increase over the $78,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in South Euclid in March 2019.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.6% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
