Cleveland Heights home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Cleveland Heights fell by $7,250 while total sales decreased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,000 - a 7.1% decrease over the $102,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in March 2019.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,983, approximately 5.2% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
