University Heights home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in University Heights rose by $83,700 while total sales increased by 64.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,500 - a 84.7% increase over the $98,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in University Heights in March 2019.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,411, approximately 3.5% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
