Highland Heights home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Highland Heights rose by $13,100 while total sales increased by 44.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,000 - a 5.3% increase over the $248,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Highland Heights in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Highland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,138, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
