Mayfield Heights home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Mayfield Heights rose by $10,500 while total sales increased by 32.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 94 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,500 - a 9.1% increase over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Mayfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,601, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
