Richmond Heights home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Richmond Heights rose by $20,250 while total sales increased by 29.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,250 - a 19.3% increase over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Richmond Heights in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Richmond Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,994, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
