East Cleveland home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in East Cleveland rose by $8,723 while total sales increased by 2.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $17,500 - a 99.4% increase over the $8,777 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in East Cleveland in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,748, approximately 10% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
