Euclid home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Euclid rose by $4,833 while total sales increased by 23.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 259 homes sold, with a median sale price of $51,500 - a 10.4% increase over the $46,667 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 209 homes sold in Euclid in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 5.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
