South Euclid home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in South Euclid rose by $5,050 while total sales increased by 58.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 190 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 6.3% increase over the $79,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 120 homes sold in South Euclid in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
