Mayfield Heights home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Mayfield Heights rose by $24,803 while total sales increased by 18.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,500 - a 22.6% increase over the $109,697 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in the fourth quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Mayfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,601, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2017.
