Cleveland Heights home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Cleveland Heights rose by $9,950 while total sales increased by 15.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 233 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,900 - a 12.4% increase over the $79,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 202 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in the fourth quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,983, approximately 5.5% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2017.
