South Euclid home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in South Euclid rose by $13,000 while total sales increased by 11%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 141 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 18.1% increase over the $72,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 127 homes sold in South Euclid in the fourth quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2017.
