Euclid home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Euclid rose by $8,300 while total sales increased by 29.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 279 homes sold, with a median sale price of $54,300 - a 18% increase over the $46,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 215 homes sold in Euclid in the fourth quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 5.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2017.
