Richmond Heights home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Richmond Heights rose by $19,100 while total sales increased by 26.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,000 - a 17.5% increase over the $108,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Richmond Heights in the first quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Richmond Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,994, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
