Cleveland Heights home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Cleveland Heights fell by $5,500 while total sales increased by 54.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 162 homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,500 - a 6.9% decrease over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 105 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in the first quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,983, approximately 6.7% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
