South Euclid home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in South Euclid rose by $15,283 while total sales increased by 51.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 129 homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,283 - a 26.8% increase over the $57,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 85 homes sold in South Euclid in the first quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 4.5% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
