Pepper Pike home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Pepper Pike fell by $28,000 while total sales decreased by 32.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $382,000 - a 6.8% decrease over the $410,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Pepper Pike in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $11,132, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
