Beachwood home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Beachwood fell by $27,025 while total sales increased by 78.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 9.3% decrease over the $292,025 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Beachwood in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Beachwood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,158, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
