University Heights home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in University Heights fell by $17,250 while total sales increased by 21.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 108 homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,750 - a 10.8% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 89 homes sold in University Heights in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,411, approximately 4.5% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
