Lyndhurst home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Lyndhurst fell by $2,250 while total sales increased by 79.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 142 homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,750 - a 1.6% decrease over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Lyndhurst in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Lyndhurst for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,180, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
