East Cleveland home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in East Cleveland rose by $24,600 while total sales increased by 4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $34,100 - a 258.9% increase over the $9,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in East Cleveland in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,748, approximately 5.1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
