Pepper Pike home prices unchanged in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Pepper Pike was unchanged while total sales increased by 9.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000. There were 31 homes sold in Pepper Pike in the third quarter of 2017, and the median sales price for the period was also $450,000.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $11,132, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
