Cleveland Heights home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Cleveland Heights rose by $7,750 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 256 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 8.4% increase over the $92,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 272 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,983, approximately 5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
