South Euclid home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in South Euclid rose by $500 while total sales decreased by 14.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 163 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,500 - a 0.6% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 190 homes sold in South Euclid in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
