Euclid home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Euclid rose by $12,367 while total sales decreased by 5.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 263 homes sold, with a median sale price of $66,667 - a 22.8% increase over the $54,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 279 homes sold in Euclid in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 4.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2018.
