South Euclid home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in South Euclid fell by $95 while total sales increased by 7.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 152 homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,905 - a 0.1% decrease over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 141 homes sold in South Euclid in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2018.
