Richmond Heights home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Richmond Heights fell by $12,308 while total sales increased by 55.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,692 - a 9.6% decrease over the $128,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Richmond Heights in the first quarter of 2018.
