Euclid home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Euclid rose by $745 while total sales increased by 6.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 258 homes sold, with a median sale price of $55,745 - a 1.4% increase over the $55,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 243 homes sold in Euclid in the first quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 5.1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2019.
