East Cleveland home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in East Cleveland fell by $3,350 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $16,650 - a 16.8% decrease over the $20,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in East Cleveland in the first quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,748, approximately 10.5% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2019.
