Highland Heights home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Highland Heights fell by $25,250 while total sales increased by 2.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 9.7% decrease over the $260,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Highland Heights in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Highland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,138, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
