Mayfield Heights home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Mayfield Heights rose by $15,050 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 105 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 11.6% increase over the $129,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 112 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Mayfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,601, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
