Euclid home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Euclid rose by $333 while total sales decreased by 23.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 202 homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,000 - a 0.5% increase over the $66,667 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 263 homes sold in Euclid in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 4.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
