University Heights home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in University Heights fell by $12,250 while total sales decreased by 31.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,750 - a 8.4% decrease over the $146,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in University Heights in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,411, approximately 4.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
