South Euclid home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in South Euclid rose by $9,345 while total sales decreased by 30.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 106 homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,250 - a 11% increase over the $84,905 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 152 homes sold in South Euclid in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.5% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
