Euclid home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Euclid rose by $8,855 while total sales decreased by 38.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 159 homes sold, with a median sale price of $64,600 - a 15.9% increase over the $55,745 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 258 homes sold in Euclid in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 4.4% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
