Beachwood home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Beachwood rose by $38,057 while total sales remained unchanged with 28 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,307 - a 13% increase over the $292,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Beachwood in the first quarter of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Beachwood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,159, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
