South Euclid home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in South Euclid rose by $16,600 while total sales decreased by 38.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 97 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,600 - a 22.7% increase over the $73,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 157 homes sold in South Euclid in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.7% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
